    Hi Wansun,

Thank you for your feedback. Please find our replies below:

    1. Explanation on the Lack of Thermoset Material Database
Data for thermoplastic materials is often publicly available from material suppliers, allowing for faster updates within Material Hub Cloud. In contrast, thermoset material data is typically proprietary or confidential, and suppliers are generally unwilling to disclose it. As a result, such data cannot be incorporated into the Moldex3D material database.
If there is a specific need to characterize an epoxy material, we recommend contacting the Material Characterization Center for further assistance.

    2. Explanation on Limited Thermoset Support in Material Hub Cloud
Due to the strong dependency of epoxy materials on curing conditions and the limited availability of public data, Material Hub Cloud currently does not support functions related to thermoset materials. Should more data sources and application demands become available in the future, we will re-evaluate the feasibility of adding support.

    3. If you have activated Moldiverse for 1 year, the software training is complimentary. But if you’d like to access MPE, there will be a charge.

    4. Overview of the Material Data Fitting Workflow
The material data fitting function is designed as a one-time operation. Users can upload their raw data file via the web interface (anonymized if necessary), and upon clicking “Data Fitting,” the data is temporarily sent to the cloud API for fitting computation. The fitted parameters are then returned in real time.
To ensure data security and user privacy, all data and fitting results are immediately discarded if the web page is refreshed or closed. No information is stored in the system.
