Gate location advisor error: “Result loading failure”

I am trying to run a gate location advisor on a part. I have calculated the optimum position, but when I try to show the L/t band, it does not show and I see an error in the bottom left of the screen saying “Result loading failure” as shown below. Do you know how to fix this please?
