分析Filler主要關心的問題是能否流進細小的結構，以Moldex3D的流動分析為流體的假設，無法考慮”土石流的大石頭卡在水溝蓋外、小石頭和泥沙土灌進水溝內”的行為。 Moldex3D目前能分析的是受到流動場影響，鎖造成的Filler分布濃度變化，且Filler設定為單一粒徑。
