When a Mold Design Discovery report cannot be generated, you can check the reason in the field. The possible reasons for failing to generate the report are as follows:

1. Model-related issues:

    • “Unable to generate Mold Design Discovery with this model. Please replace the Part Design 3D File and try again.”

 

2. No comparable projects found:

    • “Not enough reference projects in iSLM. Please upload more projects and try again.”

 

3. Other issues:

    • “Mold Design Discovery report generation failed. Please try again or contact the system administrator for assistance.”
