  • This is an open forum, make sure your content does not include any confidential data or cases before it goes out.  Others may be able to use, sell, copy, modify, distribute, make available, display, transmit and communicate your content. If you do not want others to continue to access or use or claim other rights, please do not use, share, publish or use any function in this forum.
  • Every posted content is the intellectual property of the poster. Do not distribute the content without his/her consent.
  • Please do not publish or ask others to provide email addresses or private contact information in articles.
  • Before making a post, check if there is already an existing one. This can save your time and keep the forum tidy.
  • The administrator has the rights to modify, interpret, and enforce the rules of this Forum.

  • Moldex3D values the importance of originality and intellectual property rights. You must ensure that the materials you upload:

    2. already obtained the right to provide the material to this Forum.
    3. are not defamatory.
    4. do not violate any laws or regulations.
    5. if not original, the source and authorized source should be indicated.
  • You may not violate, plagiarize or infringe the rights of any third party. This includes rights such as copyright, trademark, trade secret, privacy, personal, publicity or proprietary rights.

  • If you do not agree to allow the Moldex3D to have the above rights, you are advised not to share your material to this Forum.

Moldex3D reserves the rights to remove posts and threads to ensure that every share and post in the discussion forums is not potentially harmful.

For this reason, we may edit or choose not to publish any post, that:

  • includes commercial messages or spam.
  • contains any marketing content via posting, replying, private messages, or signing files, etc.
  • contains any executable links to protect users from downloading malicious software. (You can post a link to a web page that contains a download point, but if the web page contains malicious content or the web link is a spam link, the administrator can remove the post without notice.)
  • might violate copyrights.
  • contains swearing or offensive language.
  • is racist, sexist, homophobic, sexually explicit, or suggestive, abusive or otherwise discriminatory or objectionable.
  • contains personal contact information about yourself or any other person (including: address, place of work, name of educational institution, telephone or mobile number, email address…etc.).

Once discover any breach or violation, your speaking permission will be locked or terminated directly, and those who repeatedly violate the rules after being persuaded will have their login permission terminated.

 

If you violate any of the above provisions and/or cause Moldex3D to suffer losses, you agree to pay Moldex3D the legal fees, compensation and other expenses it needs to pay.
