Click the “Run Analysis” button to reanalyze the mold tryout using the analysis process of this solution and obtain the results.

The following conditions must be met for a successful analysis:

1. The mold tryout must have an Original CAE Run set, and the run must be analyzed using Machine Mode.
2. All necessary molding conditions must be filled in the tryout record, including:
   • Basic: Material, Machine
   • Temperature: Melt temperature, Mold temperature
   • Injection: Pressure, Position, Velocity, VP
   • Packing: Pressure, Time
   • Cooling: Time
3. The molding conditions must fall within a reasonable range.

Additionally, if the button has been clicked to reanalyze previously, a message box will appear asking whether to clear the previous data before running the analysis again.

After selecting an Advisor in Mold Tryout Record, an asterisk will appear on the tab title, indicating that there are required fields on those pages to facilitate the trial mold guidance process.

1. “Division” refers to the department you belong to within an organization or company, while “Team” consists of members from different divisions who are brought together to collaborate on a solution or a  specific project. Additionally, the biggest difference is that an account can belong to only one division but can be added to multiple teams.

2. Whether it is Division or Teams, the solution primarily depends on the role permissions set for the account. If the role permission is set to View Only, then the permissions for both Division and Teams will also be View Only, regardless of their individual settings.

目前在 iSLM 中的 知識庫(Knowledge Base)、專案(Solutions)、試模(Mold Tryout)、射出機資料庫(Machine Database)、任務(Tasks)、團隊(Teams)、帳號(Account)、角色(Role)、圖表(Chart) 等功能頁面皆有快速查詢的功能，可輸入關鍵字快速查找符合的專案、材料、射出既、帳號等資訊

iSLM 的 Solutions > Archives 並沒有檔案數量的限制，而檔案大小則是會受到伺服器硬碟大小所限制

iSLM 的配置需求如下:

– 使用者客戶端：
* iSLM 在 Google Chrome、Microsoft Edge、iOS Safari 中皆可以順利運行
* Mac OS Safari、Firefox 則是有部份 3D View 顯示與預覽功能無法完整使用，主要功能無問題

– 安裝 iSLM 的主機：
* 需要安裝最新版的 Chrome 瀏覽器運行專案截圖功能

當在 iSLM 上傳或下載專案檔時可切換至其他頁面，且不會影響到工作。

iSLM 可以架設 AWS EC2 及 Azure VM 服務上。

–  建議記憶體為 32G 以上(還是需要看網格大小、設置的排程數量適當增加)

–  CPU建議4核以上

–  硬碟建議1T以上(需看專案大小、數量)

若 iSLM 在安裝完成後顯示無法連上網站，原因可能有二:

1. 尚未啟動 Startup Tool，需先開啟 Moldex3D iSLM Startup Tool，並點擊 Start 按鈕啟動 iSLM

2.  Port 設定的關係。若設定為 “80”，則可直接開啟 iSLM 網頁；不過若 Port 設定非 80，則需在網址後輸入 ” : + 設定的 Port 號”

若想透過使用 AD 帳號登入 iSLM 平台，則可於 系統設定 的 iSLM 設定>LDAP 功能設置帳號，詳細建立資訊請參照 Help  5.9.5 章節 :
