RE: Do Molten Core result can be use to predict the internal voids ?
I have carried out three case studies for this part:
Case 1: Ideal process settings
Case 2: Packing pressure increased with higher cooling time
Case 3: Further increase in cooling time
The plots for all three cases are shown below. Kindly suggest whether the plotting and the statements provided to explain the voids are scientifically correct, or if I need to modify the explanation to represent the void formation and reduction more clearly.

Your approach could work.
And we usually educate uers to find high volumetric shrinkage region for sink mark and inner void.
I suggest you to take both molten core result and volumetric shrinakge as reference to detect inner void.
