RE: D3 factor
Why is there no material data (especially PC) with D3 factor, when this is so important for the design of hot runners?
It is up to Moldex Labs to finally correct this and perhaps be better than Moldflow when it comes to the material database. It is still poor.

I am Marcus from Moldex3D technical support. As you mentioned, D3 plays an important role in PC materials. However, D3 is not easy to measure, and the model has not been optimized yet, which can lead to pressure overestimation. As a result, there is no universal value available for use.
