RE: Conditions Required for Successfully Executing Run Analysis in Solution Mold Tryout
What conditions need to be met to successfully execute Run Analysis in My Solution > Information > Mold Tryout?
Click the “Run Analysis” button to reanalyze the mold tryout using the analysis process of this solution and obtain the results.
The following conditions must be met for a successful analysis:
- The mold tryout must have an Original CAE Run set, and the run must be analyzed using Machine Mode.
- All necessary molding conditions must be filled in the tryout record, including:
- Basic: Material, Machine
- Temperature: Melt temperature, Mold temperature
- Injection: Pressure, Position, Velocity, VP
- Packing: Pressure, Time
- Cooling: Time
- The molding conditions must fall within a reasonable range.
Additionally, if the button has been clicked to reanalyze previously, a message box will appear asking whether to clear the previous data before running the analysis again.
