RE: Divergence occurs in a 3D CFD simulation by pressure boundary condition
I’m running a 3D CFD simulation and encountering divergence issues when applying pressure boundary conditions. Are there any ways to verify whether my model setup is suitable for 3D CFD and to help prevent divergence?
Please ensure that both the inlet and outlet lengths are at least five times the diameter of the cross section or longer. Also, make sure that the inlet direction on the mold base is properly aligned with the normal vector of the boundary condition.
